We've been with Tiscali for about 3 years now, no problems at all, we were paying �23.99 a month for broadband and all landline and some international calls free, we also paid about �10.50 to BT for the line. Tiscali now offer free line rental included in our original package for �19.99 a month, with a free router, we had to pay a �30 set up fee, but it was well worth it, you can get cheaper packages, I think the one with just free calls at weekends is �14.99, have a look on the website.

I've been with them for years on broadband and phone package and have had no problems whatsoever. I have heard horror stories about their customer service but have never had the need to call them so I can't comment on that.
