I have had BT Broadband since the end of February, and have encountered numerous problems - initially in the set up (There was a problem at the exchange), the software has mucked up my PC, the speed is unbelievably slow (certainly not the speed I was quoted), then there was a fault which left me Broadband-less for 2 weeks, and now they have mucked up the move to my new address. Is there any way I can end my contract early, due to the poor service ? Any useful advice would be appreciated. Thanks !

its very hard to end this sort of contract, and i doubt whether they will let you just because of the problems you have had, without you paying up the remainder of the contract,we had a few problems with AOL like you and complained,we got 3 months free, complain and see what they offer you.
I had similar problems with BT, ..complain, complain , complain and do so to their service centre in Durham not India. Try and speak to billing and not broadband support. I made a real pain of myself, phoning everytime it failed.
I got all of my fees back and the contract cancelled. If they have contracted to provide a service and fail to do so, they are in breach of contract and is voidable.
