Wot weight is right

i think my daughter is overweight because she looks larger than any other 13 year old teenage girl.When I ask her wot weight is she she always says '' none of your business'' . She is 5 ft 3 inch's and is worring me.Wot is 'normal' for a teen her height ?

This means people are heavier now, but not necessarily overweight.
Weight is personal to the individual and people should be the weight they feel comfortable at. If you keep focussing on your daughter's weight, you will give her a complex and she will probably end up with an eating disorder. So many teenage girls are obsessed with their weight and size now, that many have eating disorders and low self esteem.
If you are concerned about your daughter's weight, don't keep mentioning it to her, but purchase healthy option foods and make her healthier meals. You have no control of what she eats outside the home, but you can provide a healthier diet when she is home.

If you are worried then you could try talking to your doctor, who can advise on healthy lifestyle options for teens in particular. More exercise is a good first step, see if your daughter will join you on a 30 minute brisk walk, preferably daily. You could try telling her that you need the extra motivation of a 'walking' pal & that you just want to improve your own lifestyle & get a bit fitter before you get really 'old'. lol! Keep it fun, pick out rewards (like giving each other a manicure or facial!) & ask her to set the goals - don't be too ambitious. By turning it into a light hearted subject & leading by example, you are taking the pressure off her & opening the subject up for her to discuss with you. Your current approach implies that there is something 'wrong' with her, the way she is & she may be feeling unloved & unlovable.
Get to talking with her dad about what was 'normal' for each of you at her age. She's still growing & forming her lifetime habits - good & bad - she'll come to you if you support her.
