Outlook Express display

When I switched on this evening, my OE only displays across two thirds of the screen. I've tried dragging it but that doesn't work. The minimise/maximise/exit squares are not visible, so I can't do anything with them. Any suggestions would be gratefully received!

Simply restarting your computer can sometimes work. If not, running System Restore should do the trick.

But first see if you can access the minimised taskbar entry. Right clicking that and choosing minimise or maximise often solves that problem.
