i have got in my programs java tm6 updates 2,3 and5, can i delete safely and will it allow my pc a quicker start up thankyou

Older versions of Java are security exploits and should be removed. The latest is update 7. Remove the old ones and get the latest here

It is the 5th one down in the list.
Click Yes at the page warning. Under "Platform" select Windows, then check the box to accept the Licence Agreement. Click Yes at the second page warning before downloading the Offline file.
To avoid using the "Sun Download manager" just click on the link below "Windows Offline Installation" which says "jre-6u7-windows-i586-p.exe".

Once installed, just make sure "jusched.exe" is disabled from starting up, and it wont make any difference to your speed.
