no scroll bar

helllp, ive just to do a system restoe and now on this website ive no scroll bar on the right hand side of the page so i cant read answers/questions further down.
also on face book when i click on notificactions or friends at the bottom the name dosent appear and the arrow dosent turn into a little hand to click on one of the links for owned.

its ok, ive just clicked on somthing call compatabillity view(what ever that is and now i have a scroll bar.

Compatibility view is a new development in Internet Explorer 8 which just sorts out misaligned text, images, text boxes etc... this explains it all
