slow internet.
I have a BT broadband connection, my internet has been running slow the past couple off weeks so I did one of those connection speed tests and it came back saying 124Kbps, that to me seems a low speed but I have no idea where to fix the problem? is it my provider, or Internet connection or Pc? any answers will be greatly appreciated.

If they both show a really slow speed then switch your router off and on again... if that doesn't sort it then contact BT.

Hey Jakesi,
Anything can happen to you as mentioned the three options. If it is provider or connection you might contact the provider office. But it is because of your pc that is making slow your computer. So you have to find out whether any application is making your pc slower. You can easily monitor the applications using your internet connection by installing very simple software. I think this link http:// darktip s.com/f ...-int ernet-c onnecti on/
might help you.
Wish you nice time
