I need to scan an A4 paper and then print it as it was,like photo copying exactly,how to do so?

I need to scan an A4 paper and print it exactly as it was.Like photo copying , but using my scanner and printer. What is the resolution I need to scan with ? what are the margins that I have to set in ms word ? I have tried hundreds of time with no success..anybody knows how ?

(Not clear if you have just the one device, or a separate scanner and printer)
Have a look at the buttons on the printer, or in the printer documentation.
Or tell us what printer it is and we will tell you if it does copying or not.

If they are separate devices then you do not need to get Word involved.
When you scan it in it becomes an image or graphics file.
So you can open it with a graphics program and print it from that, no need to bring it into word.
RIGHT click on the file you have scanned in and you get a small menu. Look at the options in "Open with".
On my XP computer I have an option called "Windows picture and fax viewer" and you can open it with that and then print it.
Or you could use Paint to open it and print it.
