Logging in.

My optionial mail adress is [e-mail] I've been trying to log in for a while but it comes up as Hotmail.com? I've tried changing my password but it comes up as Invalid mail address or password. Can anyone help? thanks.

I've just tried my @live.o.uk address and it works fine.

Have you got 'autofill' turned on in your Web Browser Preferences? (not sure if that is the correct term on a PC as I use a Mac). Is the address defaulting to a hotmail.com address you have in 'autofill'?

If its a secondary email and you can't get in, set up a new address?

Im not very good with computers snagged. I'll have a go now and no joy I'll have to do as you suggest and set up a new address. Its for AB btw. Thanks for the advice. china
