Interesting to see in AB Editor's blog that Ed is thinking about giving us a kind of 'Facebook application which will allow us to see messages and .... do all sorts of things'. I haven't a clue how to respond to Ed about this. I did a Goodle search on Facebook and there were so many reference I gave up trying to find how it actually works or how to use or read it. If Ed is offering ABers a similar application of our own then that could be interesting, but as for Facebook do any ABers use it and where does one start?
Yes you start by registering and then build your profile from there. You can set your profile to private using the settings tab and choose who gets to view it, i.e everyone or just people in your friends list.
You can search for people by either entering their names or e mail addresses in the search tab and you can upload photos. There are lots of things you can do, including playing various games and adding applications, just play around with it, you can always undo things.
