Runtime error R6025

When I tried to view the BT site (checking out their broadband packages) I got a "Runtime error R6025 Programme ****** is not responding Pure virtual function call"

Or something to that effect. I had to end the programme (it gave the actual programme name) and Internet Explorer closed.

I have done this twice now.

Why is this programme not responding? Should I be concerned?

Its not a secret I just could not remember it.

Just done it again and got the name this time:

Programe Files/Internet Explorer/iexplore.exe

iexplore.exe is Internet Explorer - the browser you were using to view the site.

What version of Internet Explorer do you have (click Help/About Internet Explorer from the main menu)?
