Sometimes when I download a programme from the internet there is the question do I want to download their toolbar,I have always said no,Is there any reason why I should have one of these toolbars?If they are linked to something like Google, Ask, or Yahoo are they going to be sending data back to them?
If I do need one which is the best?

You don't need any of those toolbars, so just don't bother with them.

i never download them, I always uncheck them, on the odd occasion you won`t be able to carry on with what you actually want to download. If this happens I allow the toolbar to download and then remove it later.
I always uncheck "add to start menu "and "quick load" as well, as it can slow yourdown your windows start up.

tool bars are the extra features of the software. suppose you downloaded the yahoo mail and after this it will ask you to download the yahoo tool bar.
which one you want you can download it.
