E mails not wanted

I have used 'block sender' lots of times to stop unwanted emails but this is working on one I wish to read the emails from. How do I change it please? Many thanks to anyone who can help - I got confused when I looked at Outlook Express.

Click Tools/Message Rules/Blocked Sender List
Find them in the list and click on them to highlight
Click the remove button to remove them from the list and thus allow their e-mails through.
