msn hotmail account closed

I have come home to find my accound closed and told to use the link below
this takes me here
http://www.msn.com/
yet I am told to go to the box marked signing in problems
which I cannot find
1. Click on the link below and fill out the e-mail support form.

2. In the box labeled "Please select an option", choose Connections/Sign In Problem.

3. Another box will appear. It will also be labeled "Please select an option". Choose Account Closed. Access Denied.

4. Make sure you answer all the questions that have a red star (*) by them. Then click Submit.

will do as they say if I can find the box

Have you by any chance filled in your username and password on one of these websites that "shows who is blocking me" or "upgrade your msn"?

A lot of people have done exactly that and so scammers can log in as yourself to post links to dodgy websites to your contacts. MSN may have received complaints and so shut your account down.

I do a lot of competitions using the hotmail e mail
I also get a lot of postmaster cannot deliver when I have not sent any thing so it is a possibility that that is the cause
I cannot find a contact us button or any way to access the link they sugest
to get back to my account
