A friend of mine is getting

'Your Ip address is being recorded for unusual behaviour

when she's on Facebook , I've googled but nothing stands out , Problem?

There are many things that are considered unusual behaviour on Facebook. Some examples are:

Spelling words correctly and in full.
Use of punctuation.
Avoidance of text-speak
Avoidance of phrases abbreviations such as "OMG".

What do you mean she gets that message? Where? In her email or on facebook? Is it a pop up window?

It's a pop up in Yoville as far as I can work out - mate of mine says it's unlikely to be a problem

If it's just a pop-up, it's probably spam. They do this to try to trick you to click on it.

Most sites of this nature record the IP addresses of all traffic, or should if they have any sense.

It is very easy to log and record IP addresses and it is just as easy to get a new IP address.

Tell her to turn off her modem/router completely, wait 20mins or so, then turn back on again. See if that fixes it.

(Her ISP may assign her a new IP address in this time, sorting the issue, if it is an issue at all and not just spam.)
