can't connect to website

working from home today and trying to log on to my works database, everytime i go to log in with my password and id no. etc i get a beeping noise like its a blocked pop up but when i check it does not say that i it has blocked access, i have had access from home before though. any ideas (if this makes sense)

I assume you have contacted the IT section at work to see if there is a problem?

just add it to the exclusion list
(are you getting an addin install at the top of page?)

your IT dept shouldn't just be telling you nothing at their end ... they should be supporting you!!!

Wish I could get away with telling my users it's nothing on my end deal with it yourself!

i no the companys a pain, ive told them if they want me to work at home then they can come n sort comp. no im getting no addin install. i can log on to the site with my password and id no. then i click on enter by default as asked but after that it just bleeps and then i get the message the website is not responding and it freezes up, ive gone into properties and added the web address but it still wont let me get past that bit. too technical for me :( o well i shall have to watch jeremy kyle instead
