Strange Internet Streaming/Download problem
1 Answers
Webpages don't appear on my screen until they're fully loaded in advace. If I download a file off a webpage, the whole file downloads in the background before I get a confirmation window to actually download it (when I click 'OK' to download the files is done in an instant). Even on Youtube, the whole video will download in advance before I can actually play it. I can't stream, or start playing a video on Youtube when its at 50% for instance.
Anyone have any ideas, its so frustrating!!
- Problem appears to have occured on its own: no new hardware or software installation
- Same problem on Firefox and IE
- I'm using Windows 7, Orange broadband, Intel Quad core, 4 gig ram
Thanks.

Try resetting your internet options back to their defaults. In Win7 do this by going to Start > Control Panel > Internet Options > "Advanced" Tab and click the "Restore Advanced Settings" button. I won't guarantee that this will solve the issue, but it's worth a shot. Also, if the problem has occurred recently, why not try a system restore if this tip doesn't work?
