HELP--Email

I email my son every Monday but this week I emailed Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday with no reply. He phoned to say that he had been replying but I did not receive any. What has happened and what can I do to check that they are somewhere.

no idea, but why not start a spare email account with hotmail or googlemail and get him to address his emails to both? Useful back-up.

Is he using the 'Reply' mode?

Which email service are you on, eg Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL?
