For many years I have had an email account with www.fastmessage.co.uk, and it has always worked fine.
This weekend it started not sending or receiving emails. I have tried to send them an email from one of my other email addresses, but it was returned as 'not known'.
Has anyone any information as to whether this firm are having problems?

I wonder why you didn't just call their tech support? There's a number on there site:

Thanks rojash, but I am hard of hearing and I find telephone conversations very difficult, that is why I tried to contact them by email
