free ringtones

anyone know where you can get free ringtones or is there no such thing? i went to a free ringtone site and then it said they were £4.50 each?

Depends what you're after. I usually just type in certain search words and add the word free after them or .mp3 or sometimes .wav

I use http://www.zedge.net loads of free tones wallpapers etc all free no catch

Why don't you do what I do ..... and make your own !!!!

There's a program called "audacity" (do a google search for "audacity free download"), that allows you to pick out bits of the song and save them as a separate file. Then you just connect your phone to your PC and transfer the files to your phone ...... simples ;o)
