Assuming that you're using a Microsoft program, the obvious place to start would seem to be the Microsoft Office website. This is the first of 4 pages of invitation templates:

A DTP program is more flexible than word processing software (such as Word). Serif PagePlus SE is free and might help you design your own invitations (either using its templates or 'from scratch'):
