QUERY ON EMAIL ACCOUNT DIFFICULTY

Finding it hard to get any satisfaction from my email account at eircom.net this past month.

Anyone else having issues?

using an Apple mac operating system and it tells me time/time again that I have ''timed out'' when I try to delete messages and ditto sometimes even when I try to open an email. Deeply frustrating.

Have an account in gmail.com but find I cannot transfer my filed email from eircom.net to it. If I could I would..all of it.

Any suggestions appreciated

Can you copy and paste your filed email from eircom to gmail, then I would suggest you only use gmail.

Try using gmail to get your mail from eircom.
Go onto gmail , settings, accounts & import.
Go to "check mail using pop3", add mail account. Enter your eircom details here.
Click the learn more button in the "check mail using pop3 for more detail
