Problem with website access

I endeavour to maintain a website known as 'Ringmer Neighbourhood Watch' and a few people are telling me they cannot access it. I create it with Microsoft Publisher and recommend Internet Explorer browser. It works fine when I access it on line on my own computer, but it seems that 2 or 3 people find it doesn't work for them. Whether the problem is with my set-up or with theirs I don't know and would be glad of any help sorting it out.
Would someone please be good enough to explore www.skeef.freeserve.co.uk/ringmerwatch and let me know if it work - or any suggestions if it doesn't. Many thanks.

quick try using FireFox and it seems to work ok including all 12 links at the top of page

Works OK using Opera which is a fussy browser regading some sites, sometimes when I can't get Opera to load a site I have to use IE, but your site works fine.

It works for me with Firefox 3.5.4 and with Internet Explorer 6.0

Perhaps the domain name servers, used by the ISPs of the people who are experiencing problems, can't resolve the URL? Ask those people to try using this address instead. (Note that there is no 'www' in it):

Works fine for me in Firefox, too. In fact, as you'd produced it in Publisher, which must be one of the least suitable applications for producing a web site, I was expecting it to be a bit of a disaster, but in fact, it's not bad. I would remove the stuff about recommending IE if I were you. Any normal link (and yours are normal) will work in any browser.

Buenchico, the link you provided works well and is very interesting - I'll explore further. Rojash and vascop, thank you for your additional comments. It's interesting that you, rojash, refer to it (MS Publisher) being be one of the least suitable applications for producing a website. I've heard similar comments before, but it's the only one I know anything about and wouldn't know where else to start!

The recommendations about using IE are there because I found that Firefox, although it operated the main links at the top of the page, didn't connect other lesser links within the body of the text.
