Hotmail Freezing Up

Recently my hotmail account seems to freeze as soon as I try to open an email or remove some spam. The word javascript appears on the bottom left of the screen but the whole thing seems to freeze preventing me from doing anything at all. It seems to clear overnight and then function normally. Any ideas?
