Cheap web host with 'phone support

Had some probs with my web host lately and have found it frustrating to wait 24-48 hours to recieve email support.

 

Can anyone suggest a good cheap (ideally �30 pa or less) uk-based host who offers 'phone support?

 

I mainly use my hosting to access my [email protected] pop3 email. My webspace needs are more basic as I only have a small site for family photos. As long as I have ftp access and at least 50mb webspace  I have no need for high-end features for the webspace itself.

 

Any suggestions gratefully recieved!

Between you and me I get free hosting by registering multiple dial-up internet accounts (pay as you go, no monthly charges) at http://www.virgin.net/ and using the free 30mb web space with each account - the ftp is reliable too.
