Wifi Router
... Virgin have promised to send me one for 6 weeks ... alas it has still not arrived - despite me phoning them now for the fourth time and being put on hold and then getting put through to the wrong department!! How easy are they to install/set up - will it work immediately with my iPod Touch - will I be able to use it out in the garden? ... it's so frustrating that these stupid people can't get their act together as I am so looking forward to using it. They wanted me to go on contract, but I don't want to pay over the odds for something I probably will only use over the weekends!! Do you think this could be a stalling tack so I will go on contract and not have to buy it??? Sorry about the rant - this isn't actually about Virgin - more about the Router... LOL

However, if you get your own you will need to know how to set it up. This isn't a difficult thing to do for someone who knows what they're doing, just like servicing a car isn't difficult for a mechanic...
