Wfes Laptop.Windows XP suddenly boots up with Acronis Loader instead of Wndows XP

if it's not the easiest way would probably be to put the standard windows boot record back.
Do you have a windows XP cd that came with the computer? if you do you can boot from that, select recovery console when given the option, once it has booted into the recovery console type "fixmbr" (no quotes) and hit enter and the standard boot record will be re-written.

You need either the recovery disks (are you sure you got none with it?) or to start the recovery process from the hard drive (if it has a recovery partition)
As it's vista don't use fixmbr as that's for XP based systems. see here for how to run the startup repair for vista.
