MM and KM Links July 2010 [Week 4]
11 Answers
For the last few weeks I have spent all my spare time trying to get the garden up to scratch for next week’s important event. I’ve been working along the long border to rid it of weeds ~ but when I looked back along the border, all I can see are newly established weeds. The analogy with painting the Forth Bridge comes to mind!
Last week was the third in the reign of “King John” (aka rockfordill): setter of the MM Links, and once again we saw him as the provider of more of the Famine than the Feast (in terms of points scored). Nevertheless, Aquagility was able to advance his total score and put daylight between himself and the chasing bunch. However, I will be looking to the chasing bunch to provide a successor for the MM Links Crown. Don’t forget that there are FIVE weeks in July in order to determine this month’s winner of the honour of setting the MM Links throughout the month of August.

Don’t forget ~ early MM hits gain bonus points! Of course, you should also look out for the international version of this same game which is called KM Links and kicks off at a very early hour (which is difficult to predict precisely). Consequently, the timing of your posting is deemed to be irrelevant ~ only the number of hits you are able to register.
The regular organiser of KM Links comes all the way from The Land of Oz and goes by the name of “seekeerz”. I honestly believe that MM Links are usually more difficult to predict, but many players take part in both games ~ so why not chance your arm at both Link Games? They remain open for most of the weekend and all entries are scored and entered on to master scoreboards.
Until I see you tomorrow, may I wish you ~ “Happy Linking”!

Having trouble with email connection this evening so hope it doesn't extend to the internet. I may be late again tomorrow as we are off to the Severn Valley Railway (husband's birthday treat) and will probably leave before 9am. I'll be with you in spirit, though, and should be able to join in by late afternoon.
Good evening all....Just in from sitting in a 30 mile traffic jam on the biggest car par in the world, otherwise known as the M25. Unfortunately we had to travel 60 miles round it to attend my cousin's 50th Wedding Anniversary party. Not many make that milestone (or life sentence) nowadays. It seems to be 'love them and leave them'!
