Pale Moon browser

I've been using this for several weeks as an alternative to Firefox and it has behaved ok until the last few days. Now it crashes or it just becomes very slow to react at least once a day; if I then run Firefox itself I don't notice any problems.

Anyone else use this browser? It is potentially that bit quicker (which is always a desirable goal) but I wonder whether it is worth continuing to use it.

I've never even heard of Pale Moon and I doubt that anyone else round here will have either.

However, if you're looking for a lightweight (faster loading) version of Firefox the obvious solution would seem to be to switch to K-Meleon:

Thank you but I'm aware of K-Meleon. Pale Moon is what I'm interested in and is why my question was specifically about it.
TO be fair Chris is correct, you are unlikely to get much advice on such ann obscure browser on a general website (though I note from their site it only runs on select CPUs, I assume you have one of the ones it runs OK on?)

Normally the first thing to do with all browsers if they are crashing is disable all add-ins and see if that cures the problem, if it does start re-enabling them one at a time to try and find the one causing a problem. If it's not that then try backing up your profile then remove and reinstall it.
bibblebub, considering that your question concluded "I wonder whether it is worth continuing to use it", I think your reply to Chris was somewhat ill-mannered.
