"Improved" TalkTalk webmail - It's worse!
Does anyone else using TalkTalk webmail think the "new improved" site is worse than the old one? OK, the page is prettier, the icons are bigger, but there are a few omissions.
On the old site, to print an email you just clicked the "print" icon and the content of the email was printed. The new page does not have this icon so you have to go to "file" and "print" and you get the whole page, headings, adverts and all.
Also on the old site you could empty the spam folder by clicking "empty". Again, no such option with the new page; you have to open the spam folder, highlight all the emails and click delete.
This does not seem like progress to me.

Yes, I too had that on Sat all day.
One email worked OK, but the other (the more important one, of course) was out all day, with the same message and it told me my mailbox was 100% full.
It had been sorted out by Sat evening and all back to normal, so hang on in there.
I can understand that there might be some problems with the change over, but there are still the fundamental problems that things are missing from the new webmail.
Just wondering if there is anything we can do to get this sorted?
