Why not play the video on your PC, then press the "print screen" button. This should take a screen shot. You can then open MS PAINT and choose "paste" to copy the picture.

Try this and see how you go.

nope that wont work SB, I am pressing on that key and the video continues, sounds daft, sorry, but do I have to pause the frame maybe?

No the video will still play but you should now have a screenshot you can paste into Paint.

Open up Paint and pres "ctrl+v" and the frame should appear.
