This evil organisation at last rears it's ugly head, should it continue?
They have now sent some credit card companies into meltdown.
Hackers have also targeted online payment system PayPal, Amazon and a Swiss bank over the WikiLeaks row.
The Swedish government's website was also brought down.
US vice presidential hopeful Sarah Palin's website, SarahPAC.com, has been targeted as well as her personal credit card information.
Seems funny that this international group who call themselves ‘Anonymous’/ 'Operation: Payback' are supported by some on AB, who generally are against any form of piracy on the Web.
/// Operation: Payback was formed in September to target groups opposed to internet piracy ///
/// Anonymous has previously been linked to attacks on websites belonging to the Church of Scientology and the music industry.///
We don't want complete censorship on the Web, but there are some sites that need closing down ie. those that are dangerous to national security, those that incite terrorism and racism, and sites that condone paedophilia.and all other crimes.

And who do you think can stop them Old Git
This is a very secretive group that includes some of the smartest internet operators on the planet.
Morons like Sarah (assange should be executed) Palin are much more dangerous.
And the other organisations such as PayPal should go back to their puppet masters in the Pentagon and whinge to them.

do you agree with sarah palin and mike huckabee aog
The former vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin has described him as "an anti-American operative with blood on his hands" and called for him to be hunted down like a Taliban leader, while another senior Republican, Mike Huckabee, has said that "anything less than execution is too kind a penalty" for what he has done.

A company called DataCell process gathered contributions to Wikileaks' account. Among those who blocked contributions to Wikileaks are Visa whom I understand DataCell threatened to sue (perhaps also the others). As DataCell have pointed out, Visa will happily process individual contributions to Al Qaeda, Ku Klux Klan, and payments for any and all kinds of weaponry, drugs, pornography, etc. but they are particularly interested in blocking payments to an organisation which (perhaps not to everyone's liking) serves transparency and freedom of the press.
People can make what they like of what may be behind this - either Wikileaks deserves to be closed down according to a non-partisan and neutral judgement (who/what has the jurisdiction and when will it be issued - not yet, so why the current activity ?) or there is something rather sordid afoot.
