illegal operation

I have Microsoft Exchange in my startup but now when I shut down I get illegal operation. This has only happened since C&W upgraded my web access. a) I can't seem to get MS Exchange out of my startup and b) how do I avoid illegal operation?

Your problem sounds so specific to the way your PC has been loaded I can only advise that you get a specialist in to look at your computer, I can't help with out seeing your particular machine.

Thank you goat. I have taken Microsoft Exchange out of startup and it hasn't happened since. What can you suggest about being disconnected from the Web for no apparent reason?
