o2 Webmail problems

Is it just my computer, but is o2 webmail very hit and miss? On most days, at some point I find I am unable to send an email, then again sometimes I can. It lets me write the bloomimg thing, get to the end and then when I press send it deviates to some page telling me that it was unable to complete, and giving me three options to return to the Home page or back a page etc. TIA
