Premium.tv for PC online viewing

Is there anyone out there who has subscribed to this online viewing site. Is the $39.95 US dollars a one of payment, or is it an annual subscription. It looks to good to be true.
Are there any streaming delays while watching programmes and are there bings of US adverts constantly ruining coverage of sports events etc..?

A link would have been helpful - but most of these sites are scams. You cough up, get a bit of content illegally for a while (if you're lucky) then it disappears.

depending on what you want to watch there are plenty of totally free sites out there
