Blocking spam

I get at least 30 + spam e mail everyday. I have a filter which will block a hundred. Is there any way I can change my setting to block more?? I`m real fed up with the rubbish its worse than the stuff through the door!! Thanks in advance.

Only by changing your email address and being more careful where you post it on the net.
