phone sending messages?

i had a text message from a friend last night, i didnt understand it so texted back that i think she must have meant it for someone else, i have since heard from her and she said that she didnt send me any texts or anyone else! has anyone lese had this happen? thx

i've had people send me texts and i'd never received them, only to be shown their phones to prove texts we're sent. also i've had my phone randomly add people 2 or 3 people on facebook while its been in my pocket!!!
