Im currently on a contract with 02 car phone warehouse which thankfully ends in June. They are absolutely horrific, but does anyone have any recommendations for cheap contracts with good network coverage and good customer service? Many Thanks

I am with T mobile and was on a scheme that cost me 17 a month, I decided I'd go pay sa you go but stayed with them when they bought my bill down to a tenner a month (was passed from dept to dept) by not taking an upgrade as I'm not fussed about having a fancy phone. So, you could play a long game with them or try and get something similar from your lot if you could bear staying with them. I looked at heaps of deals but they are often so complicated. Main thing I think is to have a good idea about how much you need per month for calls and texts and whether you need a smart looking handset or not.
i use o2 online - definitely the best for tariffs, free texts and free calls.
I have never had a problem with coverage and now that they are affiliated with the o2 shops, customer service is better as you can just visit a shop. They also are helpful when emailed, but phone calls are charged at premium rate
