Not responding and crashing

I am having a few problems with my PC. Programs seem to be crashing a lot and coming up not responding. I have removed everything I can and would appreciate any other suggestions!

Pretty vague: which Windows version? What programs are you talking about? What are the EXACT error messages? What did you remove? Cheers, PD
