Is there any way I can save PDF filed from the web to my own computer?  I have many I need to use, but don't need to actually print them.

Happy Easter.............at least i'll have fun!!!!

When I view pdf documents, a plugin for my browser opens them within the browser and there's a new toolbar with a picture of a floppy disc. If I click this I can save the pdf file.

Failing that, if you have the url of a pdf file then you can use a download manager to download it.
Easy peasy, just use Firefox. It automatically gives you the option of saving PDFs to disc.
