How to Remove CleanThis Virus

My computer suddenly appeared a CleanThis virus, delete called after restart it will happen again, how should I do

Download and install the free version of Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Restart your computer, pressing F8 during the boot sequence. That will take it into Safe Mode. (Your screen will look very odd because the video driver won't have loaded but you'll still be able to do what you need to). Run Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware, to rid your computer of the problem. Restart your computer, allowing it to boot normally again.
