Is it ever possible for a mobile phone to get the time on a text message wrong, even if the time on both phones are accurate?
Eg: Person 1 texts person 2 with, "what are you wearing tonight?" (20/04/11@ 13.25)
Person 2 replies to person 1 with, "Just jeans and t-shirt." (20/04/11 @ 12.53)

at a guess, one of the phones is set to the wrong timezone
Maybe the network of the person's server was busy so there was a 28min. delay with the reply.
wildwood: The reply was timed BEFORE the question
and person 1 replies, what colour are your undies, describe them please.
The date and time stamp on a message is put there by the SMS server not by the sending/receiving phone.
