It is often the subject of derision that my mobile phone is at least 7 years old. It doesnt have a camera, cant play mp3s, receive/send pictures or emails.

I can make calls, texts and it wont break if I drop it. Thats all I'm looking for.

Do you have to have the latest phone or do you prefer to 'keep it simple'?

I've had all singing, all dancing Nokia, Sony and Blackberry handsets in the past but am currently using a 5 year old basic Nokia - originally only meant to only be a temporary stand in - but I now can't be bothered to upgrade. The only facility I miss is a camera for impromptu moments...

We all know who ... and where ... the phone geeks are.

After the news last week that iPhones have a "secret" programme that tracks and records everywhere their owners have ever taken them.

And we worry about a little thing like ID Cards !!

For years I resisted getting a SmartPhone and remained loyal to the Nokia 6xxx range. Recently, I finally gave in and got one of these: http://www.htc.com/uk...uct/hd7/overview.html and I absolutely love it.
