Cursor freezing...

I have a laptop with a touch-pad cursor and it keeps freezing on the screen. The only way I manage to get it working again is by turning the computer off, then back on.

Anyone any advice please? Thanks peeps.

It hasn't frozen at all today, pixi.....perhaps it's my threat to smash it to a pulp - it's on its best behaviour. :o)
