more problems with my pc!! composing emails is becoming a pain

just paid a computer shop to clean my pc, as it had a persistent virus.
now when a compose an email, the writing goes everywhere. this has took 10 mins to write.
is there a simple solution?

back up your system, format hard drive and reload OS

Have you a decent AV and Malwarebytes installed?
If not, get them installed and do a full scan with System Restore OFF.
Then scan and let them do their thing. Reboot and turn SR back on. Try again.
If no good, go back to PC shop.

allbags, how do i do a system restore off?? is it part of malwarebytes?
