Anyone figured out the optimum res to display images on 42" HD TV?

I'd just fiddle with it till i found the best one and make a note of it ..lol

Native resolution of Full HD is 1920x1080 therefore a landscape photo is at optimal resolution when 1080 pixels high i.e. 1440x1080 in standard format (4:3) or 1.555 MPixels
