D/load speed 3.81Mbps
Upload speed 0.91 Mbps

Issat good?

4.5 should be ample, is it only answerbank that's slow, or all sites?

Also, try pulling the power lead out of your router for 30seconds and plugging it back in, wait a few minutes and try again....

Boo, yours isn't too bad either, slightly high ping but I'd assume from that figure you're on wireless.

If it's only AB then I'd take a guess that it's a slight routing problem within you ISP and probably nothing you can do about it.

But resetting your router won't hurt, so worth trying.

lol, dunno Yogi, what i meant when i said there should be like a sliding scale, ranging from "Bloody hell, are you sure the hamsters powering your PC are still alive?" right through to "wow, your speed is da bomb, you could run Nasa fro your sofa with power like that in your hands" And when you do the test, it puts in on the scale somewhere between those two options so you can gauge it.
