I have received what appears to be a questionable email from someone. It contained only a link, which when I first tried to open it,Google said it could not be done due to incomplete data. On the second attempt,I had a warning from my antivirus software that a threat had been blocked.
Is there anything else I need to do to make sure I've not been infected?
I am also worried as there were a number of other recipients -who I hope are not affected by this.

if it blocked the threat you should be okay. If the email came from someone you know, let them know thay may have been hacked.

Yes.
Stop clicking links in questionable e-mails.

I didn't know it was questionable until I clicked it. It was a known sender.
