I can't get the PayPal buttons up on my screen whenever I go into a site to buy something that is using their system.  I get a box with something like 'PayPal - the safe way to pay' and then a little square with a red cross in it.  The button doesn't work.  Do I need to adjust my internet settings and, if so, what do I need to adjust?  I am running Windows 98.

try enabling cookies to not block any. paypal uses cookies.
