can you download youtube clips

I have a health and safety presentation to do and have come a great awareness clip and just wondered if its possible to download it or is there any lgal stuff that means i can't

If the comp you are using can play .flv files and internet history is active, you can just pull them out of the temp internet files folder.

thanks to you both, tried keep tube but says its downloading but never seems to get there

when you use firefox and if you download realplayer(free) when playing you tube clips a little box opens up ( do you want to save ) top right of video clip.
left click on that box and then you can play as much as you want as it saves it to your computer.
